All the below mentioned information is applicable to the human-age domain as well as the message board. You must read, understand and accept it before being allowed to play.

1. General game rules:

1.3 It is strictly forbidden to advertise a rival website through out the site.

1.4 Spamming or any sort of behaviour deemed inappropriate by the site administrators, will earn you a warning and or the termination of your account.

1.5 We are the sole judges of what is deemed appropriate or not.

2 Administrators:

2.1 The site administrators have the right to decide and apply changes to the site at any moment and without warning with no possible appeal from the users.

2.2 The administrator will do their utmost to keep the website running smoothly and make it evolve within it's possibilities.

2.3 As is the case towards users, any disrespectful behaviour towards an administrator will be punished.

3 Users

3.1 Any kind of cheating or inappropriate use of the website will result in a ban.

3.2 It is strictly forbidden to not follow the game rules, to hack or to profit from a bug in the game. All bugs or security flaw must be immediately announced to the administrators. Anyone profiting from a bug or a flaw will be banned without warning.

3.3 All unsporting behaviour will be immediately punished.

3.4 This game is entirely free. The pages proposing paying services are by no means an obligation for the continuation of the game. They allow users to access certain privileges. They allow us to cover the resulting expenses of running the game.

3.5 Multiple accounts in the sole goal of making a character evolve is strictly forbidden. This means you have a right to play with different characters, but you are not allowed to sponsor one of your own characters. You are not allowed to use a secondary character to help a primary one. The breaking of this rule is considered to be enough to have your account terminated.

4 Paying services:

4.1 Certain parts of the website are only accessible after having paid a small fee. We remind you that it is in no way an obligation to pay to be able to play the game.

4.2 The payments made on the website are by no means a purchase of services. They consist of donations by the user to the administrators to thank them for the work they have done. As explained in article 4.2, these donations give you the right (except in case of a technical problem) to certain privileges awarded to you by the administrators.  

4.2 If the user uses one of these paying services and it doesn't work, he does not have the right to attack the administrators of the website. Nevertheless, we will do our utmost to avoid these problems !

4.3 The payment being considered as a donation, no action towards the domain or it's administrators is allowed after the use of this kind of service !

4.4 Users that are under 18 years of age must ask the permission of their legal guardian, the owner of the credit card or any other means of payment used on this website. No action can be taken towards the domain in the case of an under-age user using the payment services of this site without consent of his or her legal guardian.

5 Other

5.1 In case of problems, for example the shut-down of a server, data loss caused by a crash or any sort of similar problem, users are not allowed to blame the domain or it's administrators.

5.2 We have the right to end the game, delete the website as well as all the user accounts without warning, at any time and without having to give you any reasons.

5.3 The use of user details, such as email addresses will be used for the good function of the game. Nevertheless, we reserve the hypothetical right to use these addresses for marketing purposes.
